           Happy New Year SSYO Family!

I hope and pray this message finds you all in good health and high spirits. As always, we'd like to thank you all so very much for your various contributions to the mission of “building strong, young lives” here at SSYO. 2021 saw the beginnings of many healthy and necessary changes/transitions here at SSYO. Thanks in large part to all of you, the mission continues moving forward despite all of those changes/transitions. And now we move forward into this new year. The scent and feel of fresh optimism is thick in the air around here. We've got many plans to strengthen, upgrade and renew many components here at the property this year.
Last year, we were blessed by Hewlett-Packard with a brand new state of the art computer lab for the kids. This year we intend to replace the entire fence around the property, repair playground structures, make countless overdue repairs inside of the buildings, replace the flooring in our youth lounge building, repaint the buildings, purchase and install a new sprinkler system and hopefully even start towards putting a new roof on the main building. We will do our best to accomplish as much of this as possible in 2022 in order to prepare for more program expansion in the months and years to follow.
The staff here are well rested and ready to attack our various team goals this year, in order to better serve the youth and families of our community. It is with great joy and lots of excitement that we are looking forward to moving the mission forward this year. A new year means it's time to reset, recalibrate, refocus, and recommit to doing all we can to further executing the mission of SSYO that is, “build[ing] strong, young lives so our community will thrive.” The future is ridiculously bright here at SSYO. And that's because of people like you who pray for, believe in, and give towards the mission here. Our gratitude for each of you is indescribable. Thank you all and we hope you too will set out to crush your goals in 2022!

Blessings & Love,
