Hello All!

We hope this message finds you well and in good spirits. As we head into the holiday season, there’s a more hopeful and settling vibe in the air around here than there has been over the past 18-24 months. We pray the same is true for you and your loved ones as we continue forward through these uncertain and challenging times.
As you all are aware of, SouthSide Youth Outreach is a “Faith Based Non-Profit” and has always strived to embody the values & attributes that coincide with our Christian morals & beliefs. We strongly believe that the more uncertain things in life become, the more critical it is to hold onto and practice these attributes. During this transitional time of human history, the specific attributes of “Faith, Hope & Love” have come to mind frequently.

While there are countless questions still to be answered in regards to details about what the future of our ministry will look like, we will continue to control what we can control. That means that we’ll continue to keep our Faith in GOD. We’ll continue to share Hope with the families we serve, and we’ll continue to spread Love however we can throughout our community. The entire SSYO board & staff are fully committed to doing whatever needs to be done in order to continue moving the mission of “Building Strong, Young Lives” forward. Whenever we don’t know exactly what that should look like, we’ll default to living out "Faith, Hope & Love.”

Thank you all again for your continued support of the mission & ministry of SSYO. The mission of “Building Strong, Young Lives” truly couldn’t happen without all of you. We encourage you all to consider how you too can resort to those three actions more in your personal lives. How can you grow in keeping your Faith? How can you help share Hope with those you come in contact with? And how can you spread Love wherever you go more? Let’s do this together & pray that GOD uses it to transform our city during these challenging times.

Much love, and GOD bless you all!

Sincerely,
Jake Moevao
